FAQ
What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?
A therapist is a licensed mental health professional who helps you process and heal from past trauma, mental health conditions, and emotional wounds. Coaching is forward-focused — we start from where you are right now and build a clear path toward where you want to be. I’m not here to diagnose or treat anything. I’m here to help you get unstuck, get clear, and get moving. If you’re dealing with serious mental health concerns, I’ll always encourage you to work with a licensed therapist — and coaching can absolutely complement that work.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or like you’re living someone else’s version of your life — coaching is probably exactly what you need. If you’re ready to stop talking about change and actually make it, if you’re willing to get honest with yourself and do the work, then yes — you’re ready. The only requirement is that you show up willing to be real. Still not sure – click below to schedule a free discovery call and find out!
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are 60 minutes and we typically meet every 1-2 weeks depending on your goals and pace. Consistency is key in coaching — the more committed you are to showing up, the faster you’ll see results. We’ll figure out the right cadence for you during your free discovery call.
What results can I expect?
Every person’s journey is different, but clients typically walk away with greater clarity about what they want, practical tools to overcome fear and self-doubt, and a real action plan they can actually follow. What I can promise is that if you show up and do the work, something will shift. Coaching doesn’t change your life — it helps you find the courage to change it yourself.
How do I get started?
Simple — book a free 30-minute discovery call. It’s a no-pressure conversation where we talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we’re a good fit to work together. No commitment required. Just click the button below and pick a time that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — I get it. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited or subject to a rebooking fee. Repeat offenders may be terminated from the program with no refund. I respect your time and ask that you respect mine. Full details are outlined in the client agreement you’ll receive before we begin.
How much do sessions cost?
We offer 1:1 Coaching, Group Coaching, Workshops and limited retreats (click here for current pricing list). All coaching sessions are virtual, unless otherwise indicated. Unsure what you need? During your discovery call we will discuss your specific goals and budget to determine the best place to start.
